“Scienox,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to Scienox Technologies Private Limited. “Services” refers to all cybersecurity consulting, training, workshops, and related offerings provided by Scienox. “Website” refers to scienox.in and its subdomains. “User,” “you,” or “your” refers to the individual or entity using our website or services.

B2. Services Description

Scienox provides cybersecurity consulting, vulnerability assessment and penetration testing (VAPT), incident response, cloud security review, corporate training, and ethical hacking workshops. Detailed descriptions of each service are available on our website.

Course enrollments and learning management are handled through our dedicated platform at academy.scienox.in, which is governed by separate terms.

B3. Use of Website

You agree to:

Part C — Refund & Cancellation Policy

This refund policy applies to all services, courses, and workshops provided by Scienox Technologies Private Limited. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase or booking a service.

C1. Course and Workshop Refunds

C1.1 Online Courses

  • Full refund available within 7 days of purchase if less than 20% of course content has been accessed
  • No refund available after 7 days of purchase or if more than 20% of course content has been accessed
  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to refunds@scienox.in

C1.2 Offline Workshops and Classroom Training

  • Cancellation 14+ days before the event: Full refund minus processing fee
  • Cancellation 7–13 days before the event: 50% refund
  • Cancellation less than 7 days before the event: No refund
  • Transfer to another batch is permitted at no additional cost up to 7 days before the event

C1.3 Corporate Training

Corporate training cancellations and refunds are governed by the terms specified in the training agreement executed between Scienox and the client organisation.

C2. Consulting Services Refunds

For cybersecurity consulting, VAPT, and other professional services, refund and cancellation terms are specified in the service agreement or statement of work executed prior to engagement. Generally:

  • Cancellation before work has commenced: Full refund of any advance payment
  • Cancellation after work has commenced: Refund of any unused portion of pre-paid fees, less compensation for work completed
  • No refund for services that have been fully delivered

C3. Workshop Event Cancellation by Scienox

If Scienox cancels a workshop or event due to insufficient registrations, instructor unavailability, or other reasons, registered participants will be offered:

  • Full refund of all fees paid, or
  • Transfer to the next scheduled workshop at no additional cost

C4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days and credited to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment gateway or bank.

C5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at refunds@scienox.in with the following information:

  • Your full name and contact information
  • Course or service name and purchase date
  • Order or invoice number
  • Reason for refund request
